While studying my degree, I worked as an Independent Disability Support Worker and provided support to a number of individuals across the NSW Central Coast. After graduating, I worked as a Child Protection Caseworker for the NSW Department of Family and Community Services. In this role, I worked closely with children and their families, in achieving set goals by accessing support services available locally to them. This role allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of what supports and services are available for individuals and families on the Central Coast, and working with these families to create better outcomes across all areas of their lives.
I joined the team at Platinum Psychology and Consulting where I now work full time providing both Specialist Support Coordination and Support Coordination to my participants.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and their families with implementing their NDIS plans and reaching their goals.
